How does the "we miss you" campaign work?

 

By default, every account created on Colligso has campaigns with campaignId wemissu regardless where you installed our app from. This is a nice nifty campaign that you can enable to bring back the "not-seen" customers. In fact, you don't have to do much after you configure and activate it! Here is how it works:

 

Colligso receives customer's payment and engagement activities from your point of sale (Clover, Oracle GloriaFood, Poynt, Shopify, Square, Vend), guest WiFi or other integrations in near realtime. The segment of campaign targeted by the wemissu campaign is automatically populated with a customer if s/he is not seen by Colligso in last 30 days (default, configurable).

 

The wemissu campaign, if activated, would run everyday looking at the past 30 days window. It will send your message (SMS for TextIn, email for SpotIn) to these customers once in 30 days. It will keep running everyday for you starting with the configured start date till the configured end date. You can just focus on your business once you have activated it.

 

What you need to do?

 

TextIn

  • Go to Menu->Campaigns and find a Text campaign with campaignId wemissu
  • Click edit
  • Change the schedule start date and provide the end date (optional)
  • Change the message for TextIn
  • Upload an image if you want to send a picture (optional, additional cost (see below))
  • Save and Activate

 

SpotIn

  • Go to Menu->Templates->Email Template
  • Create an email template to use for the campaign. This template would be used to send email to each not-seen customer.
  • Go to Menu->Campaigns and find an Email campaign with campaignId wemissu
  • Click edit
  • Change the schedule start date and provide the end date (optional)
  • Select your email template
  • Save and Activate
