I just installed your app, I am not able to sign in.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This happens in cases when you have installed one of our apps from a partner platform (Clover, Poynt, Shopify, Square, etc.). Here are a few tips.

  • Colligso creates an account using merchant's contact information from the partner platform. If there is an employee in an owner role, contact information of that employee is used to create an account.
  • Look for the Activation email sent by Team Colligso. This email is sent to the email address of the merchant (owner) account on the partner platform. Check junk/spam folder as well. Click on the activation link and set your password.
  • Use all lowercase for the email address.
  • If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset the password.
