How can I change my subscription?

If you signed up directly from our website, it is easy to change subscription once you have logged in to your account.

Click Menu->Business->Billing->Subscriptions to see your existing subscription(s). If you have multiple sites on your account, change the site from top right dropdown.

  • Use New button to add a new subscription.
  • Use Cancel Subscription button to cancel a selected subscription. 
  • Use Cancel Subscription and then New to upgrade or downgrade

Partner platform

If you have installed a Colligso app from partner platforms, here are instructions:

Note: When a new subscription is added, all campaigns are automatically activated. Please check Menu->Campaigns->All to make sure only the campaigns you prefer are activated.
