I can create and update campaigns but cannot activate them

If you are able to create or update campaigns but are not able to activate these, there could be a couple of reasons.

  • Certain roles do not have privilege to activate, deactivate or delete campaigns. Typically an account owner or a site administrator could perform these actions.
  • Certain campaigns, such as advertisement related, require payment method configured in the account. Set up a valid payment method for your site in order to activate these campaigns by following steps described on Set Payment Method
